on December 23, 2014I stated on Judy's page today (aka fotoeffects) that when I downloaded the free 30 day trial version of Topaz Labs a few months ago, Topaz Simplify was my favorite. Topaz Glow was my second favorite and you've applied it well here to create a very nice effect!
