on December 8, 2013Very cool shot! I'm going to offer a guess based on my experience with glass blocks! I have them in my bathroom and they're great for letting in light, but you can still 'see' through them from outside, albeit the image is a bit distorted. So I'm going to say he is inside, and applying some sort of film to the inside to block the view.
