1-15-13 Coquille Lighthouse- this is a 130 sec exposure and then converted to black and whit. I thank you all for the many comments and support of making the other Coquille Lighthouse image number one. What a thrill especially when there were many exceptional photos posted.

1-11-13 Backyard Junco - captured using a Nikon V1 camera with my Nikon 70-300 VR. With the 2.7 crop factor the effective focal length was 810mm. Amazing.

1-10-13 Bandon Starry Night - This was taken as a 25 sec single exposure and processed in Lightroom. I took the processed photo into Topaz Star Effects to add the extra umph to the stars.

$1-9-13 Fishing boat fractalius - I used a filter in Filter Forge to create the fractalius effect. This is an effect that can be used with a windows only filter but Filter Forge had one that I had to try. Not quite the same but interesting nevertheless.$
